Tired of the same old fitness routine? Here at Surfoga we strive to make exercise part of a fun and healthy lifestyle. Our services include everything from basic Surf, Yoga and SUP lessons, to merging Fitness and Yoga together with SUP and Surf to add a twist to the regular routine. Surfoga lessons and services are offered though out the year in the greater Jacksonville area. We find locations to accommodate the types of classes being offered and convenience with the clients' location in mind. SUP Lesson

This class is for beginner paddle boarders, paddle boarders with some experience looking to improve technique, or for group paddle board eco tours. You will learn, safety, the fundamentals of SUP, proper paddle technique and board control. Private, small group and group classes available.

SUP Yoga

SUP Yoga combines the sport of paddle boarding with yoga to enhance the benefits of your yoga practice and SUP skills. This class is an opportunity to practice yoga outdoors and connect with the beauty of the world around us! **previous SUP experience required

Paddle Fit is a new and innovative way to work out and refine your stand-up paddle boarding (SUP) skills. This class combines SUP with high intensity circuit training while being very low-impact. This class will allow you to improve your athletic ability, conditioning and strengthen your SUP skills. **prior SUP experience required

Beach Yoga: A Vinyasa Flow Practice- "Breath-synchronized movement" – complemented with the Sunrise that will emphasize strength, balance, and the foundations of a basic yoga practice.

Pranassage: Pranassage is a hybrid of Yoga and Massage, where the client's body is moved through a complete yoga practice with minimal effort. This massage brings on a state of bliss and relaxation while harnessing our life-force energy of "prana".

Private Yoga: A yoga practice catered to the specific needs and ability level of the client. Sessions are 75minutes, scheduled on-site and packages are available.

Assisted Stretching
A one-on-one stretch session targeting specific trouble areas.

Corporate Yoga

Surf Lesson

Our private and small group lessons are for beginner and intermediate surfers. For the beginner, the lesson is focused on ocean safety, surf etiquette, board control, pop-up and riding waves. The intermediate surf lesson is catered to the level of the surfer and focuses on improving the foundations of the current level of surfing.
